Highly recommend. Reasonably priced, started when they said they would, finished in time they said they would. Fence is tight, very well built. Stayed in budget, very professional , thorough clean up. I had a very long fence that was falling apart in some places, dog was digging under one place, and the gates had been rebuilt 3 times and kept having problems. Brian and his crew took down the old one and put up a new one with new posts and new gates. New gates open out, self close, don’t get caught on the ground, work very well. Premier Fence & Handyman Services LLC is an awesome company. I have used them twice now, first, replacing two rotted out wood gates, and then, replacing the backyard fencing on our property. The price was very reasonable and they were quick to get our fence up. The two gates were installed the same day they came out to assess them, and the fences took two days which was great since it’s a good size yard. Brian and crew removed 600 ft old fence that was in disrepair, rebuilt it, came back and pressure washed and stained, plus installed a 30 ft metal safety rail/fence on top of a modular wall to meet Cobb County code. Old fence gates had been repaired multiple times and were still falling apart. The gates Brian built are better design/structure and work very well; they have to open out and be self closing which they do very nicely. Our yard has rolling slopes and one place the old fence didn’t follow the slope so there was a gap at the bottom and our 110 lb dog knew it. Brian made the extra effort to get that section to follow the slope so the fence is nice and tight, very secure. Metal safety rail I thought would be ugly, but he did a very professional job and the other contractors all comment on how good it looks and how well done it is. Pricing is fair, no games. He tells you the price for the different style wood fences and you tell him what you want, no trying to upsell or get you to do more. He did not work on our deck because it was part of another job, but he made excellent recommendations on how to do the stairs that made a big difference and improved our deck design. We have worked with several fence companies over the years and had less than stellar response and results. Brian responded quickly and delivered what he said on time.
